As President of MjC & Company, Mj leads a dynamic team in providing sales development presentations and training to businesses around the globe. Her innovative and comprehensive programs accurately pinpoint sales deficiencies leading to loss of profit, enable implementation for strategic approaches to create positive sales conversions, and increase close ratios. Under Mj’s guidance, clients have seen an increase in their sales by up to 40%, while others have more than doubled their revenue.

Mj is no stranger to hard work and has built her successful business and astounding reputation from the ground up. Before launching her company, Mj garnered respect in a male-dominated building and construction industry by closing more than $14 million dollars a year in front-end contracts for a national company. In this position, Mj became known as the “clean-up crew” by being able to turn around Corporate Executives’ sales heading into major decline. Valuing customers above all else, Mj produced high close ratios in several industries, including a world renowned museum and Top Ten Healthcare System.

In addition to her impressive industry successes, three of Mj’s books have hit Amazon’s Top Ten List. She has also received four Gold Awards from the global company PMA, and sold a children’s game to Disney. As a supporter of lifelong learning, Mj also received her CSP certification from Florida State University College of Business Sales Institute, in addition to being certified in Personality Compass Assessment.
